The Marina includes extensive maritime and land-based facilities, designed for the service of vessels and visitors:
Marina Infrastructure
The main basin is surrounded by windward and leeward breakwaters, offering full protection from weather conditions.
The basin includes an old listed pier with a metal structure, wooden decking, and floating platforms which were added in 2011, for berthing.
The southern side of the pier can accommodate larger vessels for day cruises
A smaller outer basin is used occasionally when the main basin is full, weather permitting.
Power and water supply are available at all berthing points.
Land-Based Facilities and Boat Maintenance are also available
The northern and part of the western area are asphalt-paved and used as a maintenance area (dry dock), with a travel lift of limited lifting capacity.
Additionally, there is a slipway for launching and hauling vessels, as well as onshore parking and storage for smaller boats.
Land-Based Infrastructure
The western quay houses the administration building, the Port Police, the Customs Office, and the Health Services.
A modern and comfortable restaurant offers exquisite dishes.
Various kiosks provide fast food, desserts, and snacks.

Access and Security
The main entrance to the Marina is located on the southwest side, with a second entrance on the northwest. The Marina features controlled access with security services and a CCTV system monitored and managed 24/7 by specialized personnel.
Capacity and Strategic Role
The Larnaca Marina can accommodate up to 360 vessels, featuring a seabed of mud and sand. As an official point of entry to Cyprus, vessels must complete Customs and Immigration procedures within the Marina’s premises.
Communication
A 24-hour communication service is provided via VHF (Listening: Channel 16, Working: Channel 8), ensuring immediate assistance for vessels.
